Every business move comes with the following basic services:

Before 

  • Putting together the project team, appointing the project manager (point of contact before, during and after the move) 
  • Organising and coordinating all preparatory work, such as keeping access roads clear, parking spaces, packaging, preparing the building(s) 
  • Transport planning 
  • Providing resources and aids
  • Planning coverings for floors, walls, lifts and stairs

During

  • Carrying out the move, keeping to the daily schedules and the envisaged sequences of work steps
  • Coordinating resources on the move days
  • Quality checks and quality assurance on site
  • Securing lifts and floor coverings using protective measures (covering them with Pavatex or matting to a professional standard) as required 
  • Moving, dismantling and reassembling office furniture and archive racks as required 
  • Moving files, containers and IT equipment according to the specifications 
  • Loading the vehicles with the packed-up goods for removal/transport 
  • Distributing the goods moved/transported to their specified locations 
  • Collecting, returning or disposing of packaging as appropriate 
  • Disposing of furniture waste and other waste at official disposal points 
  • Writing hourly reports and having them signed off

After

  • Removing covers and protective devices from floors and lifts and disposing of them
  • Preparing a summary of job costs, including disposal 

Our supplementary services include:

  • Distributing individual packaging materials ex-works (material depot for each property) to the various departments/rooms/workplaces 
  • Dismantling and reassembling IT workstations (PC, keyboard, mouse, screen and workstation printer), including running functional tests 
  • Cleaning IT components inside and out 
  • Moving central IT infrastructure (from server to data centre) 
  • Cleaning furniture after the move 
  • Secure transport (specialist shipments such as hazardous goods) 
  • Assembling whiteboards, wall boards, screens, memo rails, etc. 
  • Packing/unpacking files or other goods of any kind 
  • Attaching/removing labels to/from furniture, boxes, containers, pallets or other objects 
  • Drawing up occupancy and implementation plans as well as formulating, writing and distributing the removal memo 
  • Any additional adjustments to or modifications of furniture in line with additional requests that deviate from the defined plans 
  • Night-time/weekend transports and work (with overtime surcharge)
