Especially when you’re moving house, it’s worth bearing in mind that you won’t get far with just a HGV. You need a fair bit more than that. For instance, besides the removal van itself, including lifting platform, pneumatic shock absorbers, interior padding and safety devices, it’s also important to have specialists who know their craft and how to use all the aids (woollen blankets, furniture dollies, tools, straps for heavy loads).
